Our transaction advisory services professionals support clients and provide professional advice throughout the transaction life cycle and deal continuum, from financial due diligence and financial reporting (including cash flow analysis) developed in a manner and to a level of quality suitable for review by private equity, strategic and financial buyers, with the overriding goals of maximizing transaction value and deal speed
- Providing investment banking due diligence, corporate finance, and deal structuring advisory services, including tax optimization, industry sectors specific value drivers, key issues and potential concerns as to cross border transactions, etc.
- Providing corporate finance and restructuring services for troubled and underperforming firms, as well as following a divestiture / carve-out, merger or acquisition
- A dedicated team providing in-depth due diligence advisory services throughout the deal life cycle, including due diligence as to potential buyers and investors, transaction advisory - related finance and tax services (in conjunction with clients’ accounting firms), and advice.
- Provide practical and data-driven insights, due diligence, and transaction advisory insights as to needed financial performance, business working capital requirements, and anticipated financial due diligence (including providing clients with a flexible approach driven by the latest insights as to compliance and risks considerations (financial, working capital, etc.).
- Traditional investment banking Fairness Opinions and Valuation Analyses (via both a financial due diligence/value approach and via financial/comparable deals diligence-based approach.
- Advising and contracting with family offices, private equity, venture capital firms, family offices, and other advisors who are planning investments or acquisitions, or are seeking to improve the performance of portfolio companies.
- Due diligence as to other financial considerations impacting business value, including transaction advisory services as assessment of risks, value drivers for revenue, margin, and cash flows (and how they differ between industries), and diligence - driven advice and services for the various value (including tax) considerations that drive value in a business transaction.
- Experienced professionals that recognize that deals get done via a “multi-disciplinary” transaction advisory team, including legal and tax (public accounting included), both conducted within the firm and via third-party financial due diligence providers.
